Sidon Options Ground Adjacent to Consolidated Gold Win Ventures Dolly Varden Property, Nevada And Ground Near Sutcliffe Resources Harrison Lake Property, British Columbia

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - Dec. 28, 2006) - SIDON INTERNATIONAL RESOURCES INC. (TSX VENTURE:SD) announces that it has optioned a 51% interest in the Dolly Varden South West Claims southeast of Elko Nevada, and an option to acquire 100% interest in the Harrison Lake West Claims on the west side of Harrison Lake.

The company will pay Kokanee Placer Ltd. $125,000 issue up to 3,000,000 shares and complete $850,000 exploration work over the next 3 years on the 26 claims in the Dolly Varden.

The company will pay Gillian Wells $50,000 and issue up to 1,500,000 shares and complete $500,000 exploration work over the next three years on the 4 claims (100 units).

The Dolly Varden Property is a copper gold skarn property located just south of the old Kennecott Victoria Mine which produced over 2 million tons of high grade copper ore in the 1960's.

Consolidated Gold Win Ventures has met with considerable success with drilling of its 3000+ foot long 3D IP anomaly to the east. The geology of the Sidon property is consistent with that on Gold Win's property and a showing on the property has returned values of lead silver and zinc in grab samples taken.

The Harrison Lake West property is located on the southwest shores of Harrison Lake, approximately 40 kilometres north of Harrison Hot Springs and 90 kilometres northeast of City of Vancouver, British Columbia. The property contains two showings north of the Doctor's Point prospect which was discovered in 1975.

Gold-silver mineralization at Doctors Point is hosted in narrow, gently dipping, vuggy quartz-sulphide veins that are genetically and temporally related to the diorite plutons margins. The Harrison Lake West property adjoins the Doctor's Point to the North West covering the extension of the trend of mineralization and the margins of the intrusive diorite pluton.
