SAN MATEO, Calif.--(CCNMatthews - Mar 22, 2005) -

Siebel Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq:SEBL), a leading provider of business
applications software, today announced that its Siebel User Week 2005
conference will be held April 17-20 at the Centre Convencions
Internacional Barcelona (CCIB) in Barcelona, Spain. The annual
conference -- which is expected to attract more than 2,000 customers,
solution providers, speakers, and presenters in the CRM and business
analytics communities -- will also showcase Siebel Systems' customer
successes. The company will also host the first European Siebel Business
Intelligence Summit in Barcelona, which will run concurrently with the
conference.

"Siebel Systems is dedicated to working with its partners to ensure that
our customers achieve measurable and significant business results with
our solutions," said Neil Morgan, Vice President, European Marketing,
Siebel Systems. "We are leveraging our unmatched experience and
expertise in developing customer-facing solutions to design an
exceptional conference program that will provide Siebel Systems'
customers the latest news, information, best practices, and industry
insight available in the CRM and business intelligence markets. There is
no better forum available to help CRM and BI professionals increase
their knowledge and maximize the impact of their Siebel deployments."

Siebel User Week will feature an opening day keynote from Mike Lawrie,
Chief Executive Officer, Siebel Systems, who will outline Siebel
Systems' strategy, value proposition, and business direction for the
future. In addition, Rik Op den Brouw, Senior Executive Vice President
of Group ICT, Rabobank, will present a keynote address about the
business results the bank achieved from implementing Siebel Retail
Banking across its branch network, and Don Peppers, Founding Partner,
Peppers & Rogers Group will share his perspective on the future of
customer management. Other Siebel executives scheduled to present
include Bruce Cleveland, Senior Vice President and General Manager,
OnDemand and SMB, and David Schmaier, Executive Vice President.

More than 60 Siebel customers will share their tangible business results
from working with Siebel, offering conference attendees lessons they
will be able to apply immediately to get the most value from their CRM
investments. More than 150 in-depth conference sessions about specific
CRM issues in a variety of industries will provide attendees with an
unmatched opportunity to interact with peers and Siebel experts, share
best practices, and discuss issues of particular importance to their
industry. The Siebel "Ask the Experts" Pavilion will enable attendees to
meet one-on-one with the people who actually design and build Siebel
solutions, see demonstrations of the latest Siebel applications, and
receive an assessment of their CRM implementations. The Siebel Partner
Pavilion will feature exhibits from Siebel Alliance Partners and
showcase the numerous ways in which these partners enhance Siebel
solutions.

This year's conference also introduces the first-ever Sales
Transformation Track. Designed specifically for professionals in sales
management, field sales, and sales operations, the Sales Transformation
Track offers attendees an opportunity to learn how leading organizations
are leveraging insight and proven methodologies to increase sales
effectiveness and accelerate revenue growth.
