conference will be held April 17-20 at the Centre Convencions
Internacional Barcelona (CCIB) in Barcelona, Spain. The annual
conference -- which is expected to attract more than 2,000 customers,
solution providers, speakers, and presenters in the CRM and business
analytics communities -- will also showcase Siebel Systems' customer
successes. The company will also host the first European Siebel Business
Intelligence Summit in Barcelona, which will run concurrently with the

Siebel User Week will feature an opening day keynote from Mike Lawrie,
Chief Executive Officer, Siebel Systems, who will outline Siebel

future. In addition, Rik Op den Brouw, Senior Executive Vice President
of Group ICT, Rabobank, will present a keynote address about the
business results the bank achieved from implementing Siebel Retail
