(TSX: SIA) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has received shareholder approval in respect of all resolutions to be voted upon at its annual and special meeting of shareholders held on April 19, 2016 (the "Meeting"). In particular, all nominees listed in the Company's information circular dated March 18, 2016 were elected as directors of the Company. The results of the voting for each nominee are as follows:

The proposed resolution to continue and further amend and restate the Company's shareholder rights plan agreement was also passed by a majority of the votes represented at the Meeting.
