Signal Appoints Patrick Venetucci as Global COO to Accelerate Growth and Performance

CHICAGO, IL--(Marketwired - Mar 17, 2015) - Signal, the global leader in real-time, cross-channel marketing technology, today announced that Patrick Venetucci joined the company as Global Chief Operating Officer (COO). Venetucci will manage the company's cross-functional operations across the globe.

Venetucci, who brings nearly 25 years of industry experience to Signal, most recently served as President of Global Operations at Leo Burnett Worldwide, a leading global advertising agency network with 90 offices around the world. At Leo Burnett, Venetucci led major global operational initiatives and rapidly expanded key accounts such as Samsung. He also created transformational digital innovations in mobile, social, data analytics, and experiential design.

"Growth and technology innovation are core values that I share with the Signal organization," said Venetucci. "I am impressed by the strong foundation of people and technology at Signal and look forward to helping to steer the company through the next phase of growth."

Venetucci's appointment comes after Signal recently announced strong business results for 2014, including the third year of triple-digit revenue growth, continued international expansion and new global offices in Tokyo, Sydney, Singapore and Germany and a fast-growing customer base that now includes more than 15,000 companies.

"Marketers are still in the early stages of true cross-channel strategies, and we are prepared to take them on that journey through our Fuse platform," said Mike Sands, CEO. "This means that as a business, Signal's greatest growth is ahead of us as we continue to disrupt the market with solutions that fit the needs of today's marketers. We are fortunate to add Patrick's expertise and track record to our executive team to continue to accelerate our business to unprecedented levels."

As part of his new role, Venetucci will help bring to market a pipeline of new products and solutions, nurture new and existing partner and client relationships, and expand the global footprint of the business.
