Signal Expands Leadership Team With Seasoned Marketing and Human Resources Executives

CHICAGO, IL--(Marketwired - Feb 16, 2016) - Signal, a global leader in real-time, people-based marketing, today announced an expanded leadership team with the appointment of Kathy Menis as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sara Schroeder as Vice President of Human Resources. These executives join the company to support Signal's continued growth momentum, expanding global market presence and new platform solutions and capabilities.

"Kathy and Sara are seasoned leaders with impressive, proven track records for managing strategic functions and developing high-performance teams at successful global companies," said Mike Sands, CEO. "I'm delighted that they've joined our senior team at this important stage of Signal's growth, as marketers across the globe increasingly adopt our people-based marketing platform to reach real customers with relevant messages quickly and effectively."

Menis and Schroeder will both report to Sands. Menis, who has 20 years of experience in technology marketing, will oversee Signal's marketing program and team, including planning, directing and setting the strategy to support Signal's growth objectives.

Menis joined Signal from Experian Marketing Services, a leader in data-driven marketing. In her role, Menis supported Experian's Targeting division, which delivers data, linkage and audience activation services to brand advertisers for omnichannel marketing efforts.

Schroeder, with two decades of human resources experience, will guide human resources at Signal, including workforce planning, performance optimization, and employee development and engagement.

Schroeder comes from Press Ganey, a healthcare organization focused on the patient experience, where she was dedicated to priorities such as talent acquisition, performance management, organizational structure, and employee relations. Schroeder also spent more than four years in human resources at McKesson, a Fortune 500 provider of healthcare technology.
