Signature Receives Consulting Agreements Valued at $300,000

CASSELBERRY, FL and CHAMPLIN, MN -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 30, 2007 -- Signature Leisure, Inc. (OTCBB: SGLS) announced today that the company recently has been awarded consulting agreements with two privately held corporations to provide corporate planning and strategic growth management services.

The new agreements span a twelve (12) month period and include a compensation package valued at $300,000 to Signature for consulting services.
