Signature Vacations Announces New Menus at Riu Palace Specialty Restaurants

TORONTO, ON--(Marketwired - June 30, 2014) - Signature Vacations' exclusive hotel partner, Riu Palace Hotels and Resorts has recently launched new menus at its Riu Palace hotels in Mexico for its star restaurant, Krystal as well as Asian, Japanese and Steakhouse specialty restaurants. New features include an expansive range of cuisine, elegant ingredients and addition of a vegetarian menu to each restaurant.

Delicious and consistent food offering is integral to the RIU product. This culinary product renovation was influenced by guest ideas and suggestions, as customer satisfaction is paramount in RIU's kitchens. Premium products and ingredients came out as key influencers in enhancing the menu. For example, lobster and New York steak have been introduced to the Steakhouse menu. If that has not aroused your taste buds yet, the melding of Moroccan spices in the lamb curry or the Chilean Sea Bass with miso and coconut jasmine rice will. Customer needs were taken into consideration one step further by offering a rotating menu from four dishes to six dishes in each theme to choose from.

Another new feature is the dining room service, with new experiences for guests. The presentation of meals has been rejuvenated, with waiters adding flare to your dish by providing the final touches at the table, with unique garnishes or sauces for soups, or smoking a steak while serving.
