Sikich Hires Christopher Geier as New Partner-in-Charge of Investment Banking Division

AURORA, IL--(Marketwire - May 12, 2008) - Sikich LLP, a multi-discipline professional services firm, announces that Christopher L. Geier has joined the Investment Banking Division as Partner-in-Charge. Geier is a transactions professional whose extensive experience providing merger and acquisition services includes buy-side and sell-side advisory, financial and commercial due diligence, valuations, and financial analysis.

Geier is replacing retiring Sikich partner Allen Gray, who led the Investment Banking Division for six years.

He serves on the board of directors of three private firms and one non-profit. Geier holds a Master of Business Administration from the University Of Chicago Graduate School Of Business. He resides in Lake Barrington, IL.
