Silicon Legal Strategy Welcomes Former Gunderson Dettmer Associate Laura Lariu

SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwired - May 05, 2016) - Silicon Legal Strategy today announced that Laura Lariu has joined the firm as an associate in its Venice Beach office.

Laura has significant expertise in representing emerging technology companies, venture capital funds and angel investors. She advises clients on a broad range of business transactions and day-to-day corporate matters.

Before joining Silicon Legal, Laura was a corporate associate at Gunderson Dettmer LLP's New York office. Laura represented technology clients in industries such as media, software, advertising and e-commerce. Prior to that, Laura was a corporate associate in Desmond, Strang & Scott LLP's Boston Office.

Laura received her law degree from Boston University School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts in French and Romance Philology from Colombia University.
