Silicon Legal Strategy Welcomes Former Kaye Scholer Associate Natasha Hsieh

SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwired - January 08, 2016) - Silicon Legal Strategy today announced that Natasha Hsieh has joined the firm as an associate in its San Francisco office.

Natasha brings her expertise in advising startups, venture capital funds and angel investors to the fast-growing team at SLS. She provides SLS clients counseling across the range of corporate and securities matters facing emerging growth companies. 

Before joining Silicon Legal, Natasha was a corporate associate at Kaye Scholer LLP and DLA Piper LLP (US) in Palo Alto and San Francisco. Natasha worked with emerging companies and investors in venture financings, M&A and corporate governance. She also practiced at DLA Piper Hong Kong where she advised clients in various international transactions, including strategic investments and public offerings in the U.S., Hong Kong and India. 

Natasha received her law degree from Boston College Law School and her undergraduate from the University of California, Davis.
