Interstate Die Cut Silicone Gaskets can be custom fabricated from this high performance material for critical applications at elevated temperatures up to 2,100°F, depending upon formulation. Featuring solid and sponge silicone variations with different densities and 10 to 85 durometer Shore A hardness, these parts can be die cut in sizes ranging from 0.015" to 1.50" thick.

Suitable for a wide range of applications, Interstate Die Cut Silicone Gaskets can include Fluorosilicone for superior chemical and fuel resistance per MIL-R-25988 and conductive Fluorosilicone for EMI shielding gaskets and ESD protection. Typical applications for die cut silicone parts include fire-blocks, gaskets, insulators, pads, seals, thermal barriers, and more.
