BRADENTON, FL--(Marketwire - Sep 26, 2011) - Silver Falcon Mining, Inc. (OTCQX: SFMI) (PINKSHEETS: SFMI) announces it has added personnel to the Company. On Friday, September 23, 2011, at the Company's shareholder meeting, the Company introduced three individuals who have been added to the Company's Geological/Engineering Department. These include Rich Appling, a Mining Engineer whose duties will include the restoration of the Sinker Tunnel and the development of drill stations to permit the underground exploration of the veins beneath the Cumberland Claim. Rick Walker, a very experience geologist, has been contracted to assist in the management of the company's surface exploration programs leading to the publication of the NI 43-101 for the company early next year. The company also hired Kyle Durrett, who will be responsible for the geological mapping and exploration of the War Eagle Mountain.

Mr. Roger Scammell will oversee the direction of these individuals as the Company aggressively advances the geological studies of SFMI's War Eagle Mountain mineral holdings.

As the geological evidences continue to be evaluated, Mr. Scammell, along with these new additions to the Company's geological division, has the confidence that it will be able to advance the empirical geological evidences of all the gold/silver mineralized zones contained within SFMI's holdings.

Additionally, at the meeting, Mr. Roger Scammell announced that he could no longer serve as the Company's president and stepped down so that he could devote his time to be the primary care keeper of an ill family member. Mr. Scammell will remain a director of the Company and oversee the Company's geological division.

Silver Falcon Mining would like to thank Mr. Scammell for his dedication to the Company and extends heartfelt wishes to the well-being of his ill family member.

Mr. Pierre Quilliam, CEO/Chairman, states, "I would like to thank Roger for his dedication at SFMI. We will pray that his family member becomes healthy. I would like to welcome Mr. Appling, Mr. Walker, and Mr. Durrett to our Company and I look forward to working with them and Roger as SFMI continues to grow its operations. Also, I assure you of our unflagging determination to accomplish our goal in having a vibrant and PROFITABLE, GOLD MINING COMPANY in the shortest possible period."

The Company would like to thank the shareholders who attended this year's annual meeting. All who attended were addressed by the Company's CEO, and Roger Scammell, followed by a complete Q/A session. During the two-day event, shareholders viewed the Diamond Creek Mill, Sinker Tunnel and War Eagle Mountain sites and tailings sites and had the opportunity to handle recently poured Dore bars.
