Silver Lining in the Cloud on Gwinnett Business RadioX Welcomes RevLocal, Monitor Pest Control, and Lanier Tent Rental

Holly Berggren, Dan Rustin, Christine Steck and Kelly Gillam Discuss the Businesses They Represent

ATLANTA, GA--(Marketwired - February 05, 2015) - On January 21st, 2015, Silver Lining in the Cloud welcomed to the studio Holly Berggren with RevLocal, Dan Rustin with Monitor Pest Control, and Christine Steck and Kelly Gillam with Lanier Tent Rental. Host Nikole Toptas spoke to these thought leaders about the success of their businesses.

Holly Berggren is the Business Development Manager of RevLocal. They have experienced rapid growth nationwide and within Canada. RevLocal started their journey as a dial-up company competing with AOL and Net Zero. As the online world evolved and Google made a major change with their local listings, RevLocal also evolved. Local search is all about elevation of local listings. Learning how to market themselves through paid advertising contributed largely to their growth and success. RevLocal is passionate about helping out smaller businesses because, at one point, they were the "little guys."

"Don't give up," said Berggren on people becoming discouraged with paid advertisement. "We live in a digital age and it's not going to go away. Take Google for example. About 97% of their revenue comes from their paid advertising. So they're never going to let that go away. It's getting better and better and becoming less obvious that it's even a paid advertisement. It's going to become just as crucial as paying a light bill."

Dan Rustin with Monitor Pest Control spoke about the effectiveness of their pest control services. Monitor offers one of the better values and deals when it comes to pest control and highly encourage listeners to look into their Once Per Year Pest Application Service. According to Rustin, "It's a fantastic way to get rid of any pest problem and our application process eliminates the cause for repeat visits to your home." Monitor Pest Control is recognized as the best at what they do and ensure customer satisfaction.

Christine Steck and Kelly Gillam of Lanier Tent Rental are proud that this business is now celebrating 25 years of service. Not only do they provide tents, but a large variety of rental equipment for events and functions. Lanier provides quality products at fair prices. They have a show room along with a website. Pictures are valuable, but they invite listeners to their show room to help create a vision for their next event.
