Silverado Financial Plans to Enter the Beverage Industry

Plans to Deploy Hot Coffee Vending Machines in California, Multiple Acquisitions Planned

BEVERLY HILLS, CA--(Marketwire - November 28, 2007) - SILVERADO FINANCIAL (PINKSHEETS: SLVO) is pleased to announce that it intends to bring hot coffee vending machines to the Western United States through a to-be-formed subsidiary, Silverado Roasting Company, Inc. We plan to place machines in targeted West Coast markets. These machines, popular in Japan, dispense hot, flavorful, pre-sweetened coffee in cans that, while only warm to the touch, provide very hot coffee to the purchaser.

Silverado plans to begin test marketing of the machines within specific demographic regions in the very near future. While we believe that industry giants are currently working to implement similar solutions, we believe we may be able to beat them to the market since those others appear to be developing proprietary solutions which may take more time to fully implement.

Additionally, Silverado is pleased to announce that it is negotiating to acquire multiple companies within the beverage industry. The planned acquisitions include companies that make private label beverages, as well as marketing concerns, and while it is our intention to initially import canned coffee from Japan, if we can successfully complete one or more of our planned acquisitions, we may be able to produce canned coffee internally.
