- (i) True widths are estimated by correcting for the strike and dip of
the vein and the bearing and inclination of the drill hole.
- (ii) Drill hole SC-07-68 includes a sample interval of 0.25m that graded
9.7kg that was cut to 5kg in two interval estimates.
- Holes SC-06-35, SC-06-36, SC-05-38, SC-06-39, SC-06-42, SC-06-43, and
SC-07-59 from the San Francisco and Cantil zones contained only
anomalous values.

These data indicate that the Clemens zone contains the widest, most consistent, and highest grade silver-gold mineralization drilled to date at Copala by Silverstone. This mineralization is open both down dip and along strike. The silver-gold mineralization is hosted by the Animas-Refugio vein which has a strike length greater than 2.4km within mining claims controlled by Silverstone. Within this strike length, there are four zones that have historic workings. Prior to drilling the Clemens zone, Silverstone drill tested the San Carlos, El Muerto and ClavoSan Francisco zones (see news release dated October 11, 2006 for prior drill results).

At Copala, the mineralization intersected in drill holes to date indicates that the project has very good potential for both underground and open pit development. The Phase IIB drill program will test the open extensions of mineralization in the Clemens zone and in other zones on the Animas - Refugio vein. In addition, a new target on a separate vein called La Colorada will be drill tested.

Samples were assayed by ALS Chemex in Vancouver. Blank, standard and duplicate pulp samples have also been assayed by ALS Chemex and duplicate core samples have been sent to SGS Lakefield in Toronto, Ontario. The results for these QA/QC samples have been acceptable in the mineralized intervals and additional QA/QC analyses are in progress.

Hugh Willson, Vice President of Exploration for Silverstone and a qualified person under NI 43-101, has reviewed the contents of this news release and supervised the Copala Project for Silverstone since its inception.
