Simavita Limited: Cleansing Notice Under Section 708A the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) and Under ASIC Class Order (CO 09/425)


SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA--(Marketwired - April 9, 2015) - Simavita Limited ("Simavita" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:SV)(ASX:SVA) advises that it has allotted a total of 18,431,935 CDIs in the Company. The issue of the CDIs at the issue price of AUD$0.45 per CDI raised a total of AUD$8,294,371, before the payment of associated expenses. Further details of the issue are provided in the attached ASX Appendix 3B.

The Company gives this Notice in accordance with both section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (the "Corporations Act") and Australian Securities and Investments Commission ("ASIC") Class Order [CO 09/425] (Share and interest purchase plans).

The CDIs described above were issued without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act.

As at the date of this Notice, the Company has complied with:

  • the provision of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company; and
  • section 674 of the Corporations Act.

As at the date of this Notice, there is no excluded information for the purposes of section 708(7) and section 708(8) of the Corporations Act.
