Simple Peace Introduces Reusable Bags That Blend Style With Sustainability

The All-New Suburban Shopping System Made With Natural and Organic Cottons, No Tie-Dye Required

NEWPORT BEACH, CA--(Marketwire - June 9, 2008) - You don't have to wear tie-dye in order to use reusable bags. Using reusable bags has become trendy, going green is cool; there are now many reusable bag options. Simple Peace Bags are simple, yet stylish and made from 100% chemical-free hemp, natural and organic cottons, and were developed by a suburban Mom who wanted to do the right thing but couldn't find a bag that she liked. "When looking to make the change from paper and plastic I couldn't find a reusable bag that was neutral, durable, washable, logo free, and made of non-toxic materials. I found plenty of logo totes and plenty of polyurethane bags, but what was the use of buying organic groceries just to bring them home in a bag full of chemicals," says founder DeAnna Reposa.

The Simple Peace urban bags and suburban shopping system were born. Three grocery styles, a Farmers Market Bag, an Urban Shopper, and the Suburban Shopping System (four bags in a car carrier). Simple Peace Bags are made in the USA. Each bag is made with quality in mind using reinforced heavy-duty webbing handles; two of the styles are lined and have a removable chipboard base for stability.

All of Simple Peace's packaging and marketing materials are made with recycled paper and soy-based inks. Simple Peace is striving for the triple bottom line with economic, environment, and social responsibility. Simple Peace is certified by Co-Op America as being good for people and for the planet and is also a 10% Solution certified company, giving 10% to charity, the environment, and the dedication to the green movement. Each bag comes with a message of peace. Peace be with you.
