Simply Fresh Fruit Enhances Food Processing With Eco-Safe Ozone Disinfection

LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - Sep 20, 2011) - Eco-Safe Systems USA, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ESFS) is pleased to announce an order to install Eco-Safe's largest ozone disinfection system plant-wide at the Simply Fresh Fruit Processing Facility in Vernon, CA.

Michael Elliot, President of Eco-Safe, stated, "Simply Fresh Fruit has been providing fresh cut fruit to the Foodservice, Institutional, Airline, Casino, Club Store, School and Retail Grocery markets for nearly 30 years. They process over one million pounds of fresh fruit per week at their plant in Vernon. Like many other food processors, they have been looking for the best way to introduce green, organic methods into their processing, while also improving food safety and product quality. They have been testing our system for several months now, and are extremely pleased with the results. The first thing they did was to test their most delicate product of freshly cut strawberries, and they saw immediate benefits to the color, texture, fragrance, and shelf-life."
