WEST CHICAGO, IL--(Marketwired - December 09, 2014) - Sims Recycling Solutions, the global leader in IT asset reuse and recycling, has recently received its Certification to the e-Stewards 2.0 Standard at all of its U.S. facilities. Sims' North American facilities were e-Stewards certified in early 2014 and also retain a number of other health, safety and environmental certifications including the Responsible Recycling Practices Standard (R2), ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.

"We are very proud that the world's largest recycler of electronics has also chosen to certify all of its facilities in the United States to the world's highest standard of social and environmental responsibility," said Jim Puckett, Executive Director of Basel Action Network, founder of the e-Stewards Certification.
