Sinchao Metals Announces Discovery of 161 Metres Grading 0.81% Copper and 0.71 g/t Gold on the Sinchao Property, Peru

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Nov. 30, 2007) - Sinchao Metals (TSX VENTURE:SMZ) is pleased to announce the results from Drill Hole SDH-12, drilled on the Breccia Zone at the Sinchao Property. Drill Hole SDH-12 was drilled approximately 150 metres to the southeast of Drill Hole SDH-11, which returned a significant interval of mineralization (See news releases dated October 18 and November 19, 2007 for further information).

Significant intersections are as follows:

These are drill intersections and true widths have not yet
been determined.

Drill Hole SDH-12 is an upper cut of Diamond Drill Hole SDH-07, drilled in 1998 and which intersected 154m grading 0.68% copper, 0.80 g/t gold and 28.1 g/t silver. Drill Hole SDH-12 was drilled at an azimuth 225 degrees and an inclination of -40 degrees. Drill Hole SDH-12 intersected low grade skarn cut by zones of massive sulphides composed of pyrite and chalcopyrite, with traces of sphalerite and bornite and rare enargite. The relationship between this skarn mineralization and the breccia mineralization encountered in Drill Hole SDH-11, drilled approximately 150 metres to the northwest, is not well understood. Drilling continues on the property to further clarify this relationship.

The 5,000-metre diamond drill program continues to further test the continuity and limits of the Breccia Zone. In addition, further targets defined by the geophysical surveys will be drill tested and an estimation of inferred resources will be completed in early 2008.

"We are pleased to see that drilling continues to intersect significant intervals of mineralization," stated President Andrew Gourlay, "and we look forward to reporting on future results."
