SingleStone Announces Acquisition of DocCompSolutions


RICHMOND, VA and FT. MYERS, FL--(Marketwired - May 5, 2015) - SingleStone, a Richmond, Va.-based consulting firm that specializes in customer experience (CX) solutions, and DocCompSolutions, a leading customer communications management (CCM) technology and process consultancy, today announced that SingleStone has acquired DocCompSolutions in an undisclosed transaction.

SingleStone's acquisition of DocCompSolutions advances its mission to provide advanced communications intelligence and communications management, further enhancing its customer experience consulting capabilities for Fortune 1000 clients.

CCM software and methodology supports the organization and production of individualized customer messages, marketing collateral and transaction documents to improve customer interactions across all media types. According to Gartner, by 2017, 70% of customer communications will be digital, contextualized and consumed on demand via multiple channels. The CCM software category is forecast to grow at a five-year CAGR of approximately 11% through 2018.

DocCompSolutions principals Matt Waldau and Cass Mieczakowski will maintain their office locations in Florida and greater New York City respectively.
