SinoFresh Healthcare, Inc. Appoints Three Pharmaceutical Industry Executives to Board

ENGLEWOOD, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 12, 2007 --SinoFresh HealthCare, Inc. (OTCBB: SFSH), a pharmaceutical development and consumer product company specializing in upper respiratory medications, is pleased to announce today the appointment of Raymond A. Zipprich, CPA, Thomas M. Fitzgerald, Esq., and Bruce W. Simpson to its board of directors. The appointees will replace three resigning directors, Stacey Fust, P. Robert DuPont and Steven Bannon. The founding Chairman and CEO, Charles Fust and David Otto, Esq. will remain on the five member board.

In a statement by the company Mr. Fust stated, "We are pleased to have attracted three very accomplished individuals from within the pharmaceutical industry to our board. As we embark upon future challenges, in addition to our over-the-counter ('OTC') product initiatives, now will be added an ambitious drug development program targeting Antibiotic Resistant Staph. I would also like to thank the resigning members of the board for their support in advancing the Company to this stage, and for recognizing the need for new Board members geared toward our future growth."

Mr. Zipprich is a senior level financial and operational executive who is experienced in a wide range of pharmaceutical disciplines for both large and small companies. He has served as Senior Vice President and CFO of Novactyl, Inc., a start-up pharmaceutical company whose emphasis is drug development and international out-licensing. Earlier in his career, Mr. Zipprich served as a VP, CFO and Operational Management for Fleming and Company, a closely held branded pharmaceutical company. Mr. Zipprich holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and is a board certified CPA licensed in Illinois.

Mr. Fitzgerald is currently a Private Healthcare Consultant whose consulting practice is focused on the development of prescription and OTC therapies, delivery systems, diagnostics and neurological assessment tools for a wide range of diseases. Mr. Fitzgerald has served as CEO, Executive Chairman and Director for Sheffield Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a publicly held technology company engaged in the development of pharmaceutical products. Earlier he served as Sr. VP and General Counsel for Fisons Corporation, a publicly held pharmaceutical company with annual sales of $300M. Mr. Fitzgerald earned his J.D. from St. John's University School of Law and his B.A. from Boston College.

Mr. Simpson is currently President of B.W. Simpson & Associates located in Ft. Worth Texas, a Private consulting firm specializing in marketing and business development for the health care industry. Mr. Simpson served as President of Genpharm, Inc., a division of Merck. Earlier he served as President and CEO of Medeva Pharmaceuticals, an International development pharmaceutical company with US revenues of $350M. He served in Executive positions for Fisons Corporation, an International research pharmaceutical company in the areas of marketing, operations and regulatory development. Mr. Simpson earned a B.A. in Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University and his MBA in marketing from the University of Hartford.
