SAJC is a Nevada LLC, formed in 2005 to promote U.S. based technology companies in East, South, and Southeast Asia. One of the principal members, Andrew Mackenzie, is a Canadian barrister by trade and has over 60 years experience in the PRC, dating back to the early 1950's, including engagements that led to the purchase and delivery of Canadian nuclear reactors to India and the PRC in 1958 and 2002 respectively. His contacts include high-level officials in the Chinese government, past and present, as well as senior executives in several of the countries of East, South and Southeast Asia. Commercial engagements include numerous shopping centers in the Canton Province during the late 1980's and the licensing agreements between the PRC and the French national railroad authority, SNCF, for the high speed TGV installation and operation in the PRC. Scott Johnson, the other principal member, has spent 25 years in the Health Care IT industry, serving senior level positions in sales/marketing and business development with recent engagements in "green" technology companies.
On the diplomatic side, Mr. Mackenzie was instrumental in arranging and promoting the historic visit of Henry Kissinger to the PRC in 1972 and, subsequently, the commencement of diplomatic relations between the PRC and Canada, W. Germany and the United States in 1975.
During recent visits to the PRC, Sionix has been presented on federal and provincial levels and has been favorably received. This confirmed the efficacy of the initiative to Company management. While a number of business configurations are possible, SAJC and Sionix have agreed that the most likely arrangement would be a Chinese Joint Venture, involving: a significant minority interest for Sionix; licensing and technology transfer fees; an initial prototype Mobile Water Treatment System; consulting expertise, and ongoing royalty fees based on annual sales objectives. Certain exclusivity provisions could also be under consideration. SAJC has agreed to represent Sionix for a success fees only.
Andy Mackenzie states that, "Prime Minister Wen Jia Bao has requested a new 5 year plan to clean up water and air pollution. Manufacturers and cities are required to stop polluting lakes and streams and the government has allocated funds to accomplish those mandates. Any local governmental or corporate entity needing assistance in achieving their pollution control goals will have the full cooperation from the central government in acquiring or licensing applicable international technology. The Chinese government is looking particularly to Germany, Great Britain, France and the United States to secure those resources. Water issues in both China and India have been exacerbated by their rapid industrialization over the last two decades leading to significant contamination of all surface and sub-surface water resources. Sionix believes that their DAF technology is particularly suitable in many of the rural locations in the PRC and India and will move aggressively in cooperation with local JV partnerships to address these problems by remediating and recycling precious water resources.

About Sionix Technology
Using a patented dissolved air flotation (DAF) technology packaged in a mobile shipping container, air bubbles between the size of 1 and 2 microns are injected and float organic contaminants to the surface where 99.95% are skimmed off. This compares to standard DAF units which historically have been limited to using bubble sizes of 50 microns or larger. The size of these bubbles are important because the smaller the bubble, the greater the surface tension and the greater the electrical charge. They can then hold together longer and elevate more organic contaminants to the surface for removal.
