SipZoo's International VOIP Broadband Telephone System Has Been Successfully Installed in 5 Countries

VANCOUVER, WA--(Marketwire - August 15, 2007) - Nettel Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: NTTL) -- SipZoo's International VOIP Broadband Telephone System has been successfully installed in 5 Countries.

SipZoo's Broadband Telephone service uses a technology called Voice-over-IP that allows consumers to make and receive unlimited calls to over 30 countries for a small fixed monthly charge. The advantage of this system is that a computer is not required to make or receive the calls, so it makes calling as easy as picking up their regular phone (even cordless phones) and dialing the number they want to reach. The only requirement to use the service is a DSL or Cable Internet connection and any ATA (Analog Terminal Adapter). An ATA adapter can be provided by SipZoo if the customer doesn't have one. To start using the service you plug one end of the device into any telephone, the other end into your broadband service, and you immediately get a regular dial tone just like your traditional telephone service.

The domestic and international telephone number provided by SipZoo has the same features and options that are currently available with any local telephone company. This includes Call Forwarding, Caller ID, Three-way calling, Call Transfer, Call Waiting, Call Return, Speed Dial, Anonymous Call Rejection, Hunt group, Voicemail, and many more at a fixed or discounted price.

To signup for the service, customers simply go to the website for their country and signup. The rates offered by SipZoo promise to be the lowest available compared to what they are currently paying in their country. Using SipZoo, customers can save up to 90% on their International Long distance calls and considerable savings over their traditional long distance and local calls, with excellent quality.

The complete design by SipZoo to accommodate foreign markets took over six months to complete. During this period several distributors and resellers have also been testing our new system. The results were quite positive. Many distributors and resellers have decided to market and promote this technology to their respective countries. Each distributor will have full access to the system online to create new accounts, view usage, and complete other administrative tasks. SipZoo will charge distributors a monthly fee for access to SipZoo's gateways. Revenue will also be generated from fixed monthly fees per retail account and per minute fees for certain calls.

While the market for Broadband telephone service in the U.S and Canada is saturated with many providers, we believe the international market is a huge untapped area for Broadband phone service. These 5 countries represent over 200 million potential customers. We feel by being the first, SipZoo will have a head start against all competitors. The cost of design, software development, and testing is already paid for, so each new country that we are setting up will have minimal installation cost.

The service is now available for customers in the following countries: Australia, New Zealand, Romania, Portugal, and Poland. The next phase for SipZoo will be the activation of service in carefully chosen cities in Europe and Asia later this year.
