MIAMI, FL--(Marketwire - Jul 3, 2012) - On Thursday, July 5 SiriusXM Radio's ACCESO LEGAL will devote the show's entire one-hour broadcast to the case of the State of Florida vs. George Zimmerman, who is on trial for the shooting death of Trayvon Martin on February 26 of this year in Sanford, Florida. Former Judge Pozo will give an in depth legal analysis of the trial the world is watching. The special will feature a roster of prominent legal experts that include the former federal prosecutor who was in charge of all investigations related to Linda Tripp and the Clinton Whitewater investigation. Host Ada Pozo and her guests will discuss Zimmerman's alleged crime and ensuing trial from multiple perspectives. Hosted by legal analyst and former Miami Dade County Court Judge Ada Pozo, ACCESO LEGAL is a daily one-hour bi-lingual show airing daily (6:00 pm, ET) on SiriusXM's Cristina Radio, Channel 146. Each day, Pozo dissects the news that is important and relatable to the nation's growing Hispanic media audience. Importantly, the show is presented in a mix of Spanish and English, appealing to a broad listening base, both within and outside the Spanish-speaking community.

Former Judge Pozo stated, "Putting aside the sensationalism that has accompanied the events leading up to and surrounding Trayvon Martin's death, there are very real and important legal issues that anyone following this case should be aware of. In putting together this show, I want to help listeners access a comprehensive and unbiased look at the facts we know, as well as those we don't, so that they can better understand how justice is to be carried out in a case that is likely to be one of the most significant of the decade."

Pozo will present a complete rundown of the facts known about the case, including audio excerpts from the fateful 911 call made on February 26 by George Zimmerman, as well as reactions from President Obama, Jesse Jackson, and "La Opinion del Jurado." Pozo will walk listeners through the entire legal process that has brought Zimmerman to this point, including his arrest, his release on bond, and the subsequent decision to take Zimmerman back into custody, as well as the perjury charges levied against his wife.

Pozo will feature several high-profile guests. Among these are Attorney Eduardo Pereira, who recently won Florida's first "Stand Your Ground" motion since Zimmerman was charged. He will join Pozo to discuss how this motion/legal defense could be applied to the Zimmerman case. Former Federal Prosecutor Steven Binhak, known for his work on the Clinton Whitewater Investigation, will participate in a discussion of the outstanding perjury case against George Zimmerman's wife, Shellie, and attorney Jack Paris of The Cochran Firm (named for founder, famed attorney Johnnie L. Cochran, Jr.) will guest to discuss the possible civil cases that are likely to ensue.

Radio personality Ada Pozo can be heard daily (6:00 pm ET, 3:00 PT) as host of the SiriusXM radio show ACCESO LEGAL, which is broadcast as part of the network's popular Cristina Radio channel (Channel 146). On the show, Pozo addresses a broad spectrum of issues in a style that is both informed and engaging, fueled by more than a decade of experience as a judge and trial attorney in Miami Dade County. She has appeared as expert legal analyst on numerous TV and radio news programs, including Fox News' "Your World With Neil Cavuto," and Univision's "Despierta America." Pozo is a partner in the Miami-based law firm Pozo Goldstein & Miranda, LLP, where her focus is immigration and criminal defense.
