Sitestar Acquires AdaNet Customers

LYNCHBURG, VA--(Marketwire - June 9, 2008) - Sitestar Corporation (OTCBB: SYTE), a provider of residential, business and wholesale Internet access, web hosting and value-added products and services, announced today that it has purchased the dial-up and hosting customers and other assets of AdaNet, an Oklahoma-based Internet Service Provider (ISP). The deal is the fifth this year for Sitestar and the Company's first chance to leverage recently-acquired wholesale provider Dial Assurance to deliver service and maximize margins.
