The Forrester Content and Collaboration Forum is put on by Forrester Research, Inc. and is designed for professionals in marketing, business, or the technical aspects of both internal and public-facing websites and will consist of two tracks:

Empowering people with technology. This track will answer which organizational models, skills, foundation technologies, deployment models, and technology behaviors enable workers and customers to drive better business outcomes.

Optimizing content and collaboration. This track will answer how IT professionals can optimize content and collaboration investments across people, process, and technology -- including next-gen Web experiences, content management strategies, and risk mitigation.
