Six Sigma Online Supports Disabled Children Through ChairScholars

Six Sigma Online Proudly Supported the 15th Annual ChairScholars Festival With a Corporate Sponsorship

CLEVELAND, OH--(Marketwire - May 6, 2011) - Aveta Business Institute's Six Sigma Online, the leading provider of online six sigma training and certification, are happy to announce their sponsorship of the 15th annual ChairScholars Festival. ChairScholars is a Florida-based foundation that awards college scholarships to kids with mobility challenges, blindness and deafness, as well as other disabilities. They strive to give these individuals the chance to attend a full four years of college -- an inspiring act of defiance against daunting statistics.

The festival took place on April 9, 2011 in Odessa, FL, as a celebration of the accomplishments of past recipients of scholarships, and to announce the new scholars for this year. Over 750 people gathered for the celebration. Speakers included inspirational past recipients and celebrity athlete Ronde Barber.

According to Aveta President and CEO Craig Setter, "The field of education is near and dear to our hearts, so we try our best to financially support great charities and organizations that strive to give the means of education to those who need it."

Aveta is especially excited to participate in this support because their donation was triple matched by two other organizations, the Johnson Scholarship Foundation and the Florida Prepaid Foundation.
