SJ Electronics, Inc. Appoints James Chen as an Independent Director

SHENZHEN, CHINA--(Marketwire - May 19, 2008) - SJ Electronics, Inc. F/K/A: Acheron, Inc. (OTCBB: SJEL) announced the appointment of James Chen, PH.D, MBA, as a member of the Board of Directors, effective May 12, 2008. Mr. Chen is currently a Vice-President and Senior Research Analyst at BB&T Capital Markets. In his role as an independent director Mr. Chen will assist SJ with their financial and accounting operations, as well as corporate communications with US investors.

James Chen is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA); he is a member of the CFA Institute and New York Society of Security Analysts, earned an M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from New York University and graduated from East China University of Science and technology with a B.S. in Polymer Material Engineering.
