S&K Famous Brands Selects RightMinds and Kinton & Stallings as Primary Advertising Agencies

RICHMOND, VA--(Marketwire - December 7, 2007) - S&K Famous Brands, Inc., the Richmond-based operator of S&K Menswear with 225 stores in 26 states and 2,100 employees, has selected integrated marketing agency RightMinds, Inc. as its advertising agency of record. RightMinds will work with S&K marketing executives to develop creative executions for a new advertising campaign. S&K media strategic planning and buying duties have been awarded to Kinton & Stallings, Inc. Both agencies are located in Richmond. S&K reported sales of $183 million in the fiscal year that ended February 3, 2007. The ad campaign will be managed by S&K Vice President of Marketing Bryan Kipp, who recently joined the company from May Department Stores and Macy's, where he was a senior marketing executive.

S&K President and CEO Joseph A. Oliver, III, who was promoted to his current position in May 2007 and joined the company in February 2006, expects major recent changes at the retailer to significantly drive growth. "Our goal is to make buying menswear simple and enjoyable for our customers and to give them the best buying experience possible. To accomplish this, we've adopted an aggressive strategic plan that will grow our business by better serving our customer who is often younger and more diverse.
