SK3 Group Inc. Signs 20,000 Employee Contract

CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA--(Marketwire - Oct. 21, 2009) - SK3 Group, Inc. (PINK SHEETS:SKTO) announces that on October 21st, 2009, it signed a two year contract with Allegiant Professional Business Services Inc., a $100,000,000 annual revenue staffing and PEO (Professional Employer Organization) to service its 20,000 plus employees.

Nurses On-Line is designed to assist client companies in reducing their workers' compensation claims exposure. Our staff of Registered Nurses assists our clients by serving as a clearing house for all incidents involving a worksite injury. When the frequency of workers' compensation claims is lowered, employers generally enjoy reductions in premium and a reduction in deposits and reserves. Nurses On-Line has been able to assist our employer-clients in reducing worksite injury claims by as much as 70% to 75%.
