Skire Announces the University of Minnesota as Enterprise Customer

Skire Selected as Strategic Provider of Project Management Information System Across Statewide University System.

MENLO PARK, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- November 28, 2005 -- Skire, Inc. (http://www.skire.com), the leading provider of capital program lifecycle management solutions, today announced an enterprise agreement with the University of Minnesota. One of the largest and most comprehensive public universities in the United States, the University of Minnesota selected Skire's solutions as its standard technology platform for managing its capital program across the University's five main campuses and research and outreach centers. The University of Minnesota has completed over $800 million in capital projects since 2000.

The enterprise agreement enables the University to utilize Skire's UnifierTM and uDesignerTM products to automate and integrate a variety of business processes, improve project controls across multiple sites, and provide real-time executive visibility. "We researched the industry thoroughly for this important initiative and are very excited to be partnering with Skire on a long-term basis," said the University of Minnesota's Director of Development Services.
