SKYLIST Vice President of Marketing to Present at Marketing Metrics Council Forum in Austin, TX

Two Day Forum Designed to Guide Chief Marketing Officers Into a More Profitable Tomorrow; Lana McGilvray to Discuss the Mastery of Metric-Driven Marketing for Revenue Growth and Accountability

AUSTIN, TX -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 9, 2006 -- SKYLIST, a top-ranked email service provider and deliverability leader, today announced that Lana McGilvray, vice president of marketing, will be speaking at the Metrics-Driven Marketing Performance workshop presented by the Marketing Metrics Council. The workshop will be held in the Stephen F. Austin Intercontinental Hotel in Austin, TX on May 11-12, 2006.

Due to a number of factors, marketers are losing influence in the boardroom as C-level buy-in gets harder and harder to obtain. Less than 50 percent of Fortune 500 corporations even have a CMO today and the average tenure of a CMO is less than 24 months. Marketers are under pressure to prove ROI associated with their programs; however, marketing is a difficult concept to quantify. The goal of this workshop is to educate people on the importance of measurable marketing performance as a way of overcoming these obstacles and restoring marketing's corporate significance.

Ms. McGilvray's session, titled "The Future of Marketing Metrics Tools," will discuss the state of marketing today and then guide CMOs towards the metric tools available today and tomorrow that will prove their performance, and dazzle their CEOs with unparalleled proof in the results. The session will take place on Friday, May 12 from 1:15 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
