SkyWolf Wind Turbine Corporation Signs International Representation Agreement

GENESEO, NY--(Marketwired - September 05, 2014) - SkyWolf Wind Turbine Corporation, a renewable energy company that designs, manufactures and sells innovative wind turbines, announced today that it has signed an International Representation Agreement with SkyWolf Eco-Energies Colombia SAS. SkyWolf Wind Turbine Corporation has entered into a ten year contract with SWEEC SAS (SkyWolf Eco-Energies Colombia SAS) which is based in Bogota, Colombia. This agreement gives SWEEC SAS exclusive selling rights in specific territories including: the Republic of Colombia, Central America, South America, the Caribbean, Europe, Asia and Oceania. SWEEC SAS must sell a minimum of 40 units per calendar year to maintain the contract, acting as a commercial representative to distribute and promote the sales of SkyWolf 3.5KW Wind Turbines in the designated territories.

This strategic relationship offers accelerated market penetration and potential for significant growth opportunities in these markets. Gerald Brock, President of the SkyWolf Wind Turbine Corporation, states, "We are looking forward to a long and successful relationship with SWEEC SAS."

SWEEC SAS will begin introducing SkyWolf Wind Turbines into areas such as the Republic of Colombia, which is the fourth largest county in South America. The Republic of Colombia recently enacted Law 1715 which aims to promote renewable energy with the goal of more efficient energy management. Law 1715 is a welcome change in Colombia because it promotes the use of clean non-polluting sources of energy, which helps to protect the environment, while reducing energy costs.

SkyWolf's 3.5KW wind turbine is eco-friendly and aesthetically pleasing. It offers many unique features such as: high efficiency relative to wind speed, safety (no danger of rotor blade throw), bird safe, no vibration, silent, and short towers. The Republic of Colombia has many potential uses for SkyWolf Wind Turbines including: desalination of water, providing electrical power to outlying areas, power for farms, electrical transit systems, and power needed to sustain mining.

SkyWolf Wind Turbine Corporation's patented technology includes two new patents granted this year. The United States Patent and Trademark Office Issued Patent number 8,672,624 entitled High Efficiency Wind Turbine Having Increased Laminar Airflow on March 18, 2014. A Second patent, patent number 8,721,279 entitled Multiple Mixing Internal External Fluid Driven High Efficiency Wind Turbine Having Reduced Downstream Pressure, was granted on May 13, 2014.
