SL Resources Inc. Reports on 2008 Field Program

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - March 3, 2008) - SL Resources Inc. provides the following update with respect to the 2008 exploration program to be conducted at its 832 hectare Leonard Township Project located in the Larder Lake Mining Division, Ontario, approximately 80 km. north of Sudbury.

As reported in the Corporation's press release of November 1, 2007 regarding the 2007 field program progress, a 37.5 line-kilometre survey grid covering the southern 75% of the property was cut with a line spacing of 100 metres. This grid was geologically mapped and prospected, with all known showings located and, where possible, sampled. Native silver was observed on two of the showings. The northern 25% of the property has also been prospected, but no evidence of mineralization was noted in this area.

The magnetic survey planned for the 2007 field program was postponed in order that it could be combined with a stripping and sampling program to commence in the Spring of 2008. This work is the remaining balance of the mineral exploration program specified in the Corporation's prospectus dated May 22, 2007. Further announcements will be made regarding the progress of the Corporation's 2008 mineral exploration program.

The 2008 field program is being conducted under the supervision of Mr. Gerald A. Harron, P. Eng., a qualified person under NI 43-101. Mr. Harron has reviewed the technical information contained in this press release.
