Sleep Holdings, Inc. Announces Resignation of Gary Allen, Executive Vice President

DALLAS, TX -- (MARKET WIRE) -- January 5, 2007 -- SLEEP HOLDINGS, INC. (PINKSHEETS: SLHJ) announced that Gary Allen, Executive Vice President, has tendered his resignation. Mr. Allen, age 46, will leave the Company effective immediately to pursue private investing opportunities.
