Sleep Holdings, Inc. Appoints New Chief Financial Officer

DALLAS, TX -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 28, 2007 -- SLEEP HOLDINGS, INC. (OTC: SLHJ) -- Sleep Holdings, Inc. announced the appointment of Brett Cormier to the position of Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Cormier has spent over 12 years in the healthcare, real estate, and finance industries and brings with him experience in accounting and finance, business strategy and acquisitions. He will be responsible for overseeing Sleep Holdings' financial planning, tax, treasury, and audit, analysis for mergers and acquisitions, and investor relations functions.

Mr. Cormier joins Sleep Holdings from First Broadcasting, where he held the position of VP of Finance-Corporate Controller. Previously, Mr. Cormier held the position of VP of Finance at Holigan Investment Group where he secured financing for numerous residential real estate projects. Prior to Holigan, he played a key role in Monarch Dental Corporation's accounting and administrative integration where he held the position of Corporate Controller and was responsible for accounting, payroll, forecasting, budgeting, financial analysis and SEC Reporting/Sarbanes Oxley Act Compliance.
