Sleep Holdings, Inc. Appoints Russell Rosenberg, Ph.D. to Clinical Advisory Board

Nationally Known Expert and Author in Sleep Disorders

DALLAS, TX--(Marketwire - November 29, 2007) - Sleep Holdings, Inc. (OTC: SLHJ), a leading provider of sleep diagnostics and sleep related therapy equipment, announced today the appointment of Russell Rosenberg, Ph.D., to its Clinical Advisory Board. Dr. Rosenberg is a nationally recognized leader in the treatment of sleep disorders and a frequently published author on the subject. His vast experience in sleep disorders includes his service on several leading industry committees, including his current position on the Executive Committee of the National Sleep Foundation, and his role for several years as the Chairman of the Publications Committee of the American Sleep Disorders Association.

Over the last 20 years, Dr. Rosenberg has become nationally known in the sleep disorder field through his directorship of several Sleep Disorder Centers, including St. Mary's Medical Center in Knoxville, Tennessee, Atlanta School of Medicine, Northside Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia, NeuroTrials Research Inc. in Atlanta, and his current role as Director of NeuroTrials Research and the Atlanta School of Sleep Medicine, both prominent training and research centers in the sleep medicine field. The Atlanta School of Sleep Medicine and Technology was founded by Dr. Rosenberg and has trained more than 5000 physicians and technologists.

Dr. Rosenberg's experience also includes extensive academic credentials in the sleep disorder field, including a Ph.D. in Clinical Research Psychology from Ohio State University, and a Residency in Behavioral Medicine and Sleep Disorders at Rush Presbyterian-St. Luke's Medical Center. Dr. Rosenberg has had studies published on various aspects of sleep disorders in over nine internationally prominent publications, including the Journal of Clinical Psychiatry, the Journal of Clinical Sleep Medicine, and Current Medical Research Opinion. He is Board Certified in Sleep Medicine by the American Board of Sleep Medicine, and holds a license to practice psychology in Georgia.
