Recognized Industry Leaders Appointed to Propel Company's Growth Strategy

DALLAS, TX -- (MARKET WIRE) -- December 4, 2006 -- SLEEP HOLDINGS, INC. (PINKSHEETS: SLHJ) -- Sleep Holdings, Inc. is pleased to announce the creation of a strategic advisory board. The accomplished members of the board will bring invaluable expertise and insight to Sleep Holdings' innovative and unique mission of building a global sleep diagnostic center network. Sleep Holdings is fundamentally changing the way leading Sleep Diagnostic companies are conducting their global business. With these appointments, Sleep Holdings will continue to define the strategy for using networks for sleep diagnostic progress.

Appointed to the new advisory board are:

Dan Yost
Executive Vice President Product and Marketing
Qwest Communications International, Inc.
With more than 30 years of telecommunications experience, Mr. Yost joined Qwest from Allegiance Telecom, Inc., a facilities-based national local exchange carrier, where he served as the company's president and chief operating officer.

Previously, Mr. Yost held senior management positions at several technology companies, including AT&T Wireless, McCaw Cellular Communications, MetroCel Cellular, Inc. and NETCOM Online Communications.

Mr. Yost holds both a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering and an M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University.

Mr. Yost serves on the board of directors of ACE Cash Express.

Ken Dunn
Rainier Capital Management
Mr. Dunn draws upon over two decades of experience in commercial real estate and finance to create Ranier Capital, a company with a sound strategy for success. Mr. Dunn is involved in all facets of the company and has primary responsibility for acquisitions, business development and negotiations. In 1994 Mr. Dunn co-founded Meridian Realty Advisors. As a principal there, he directed the acquisition and management of more than $1 billion in transactions. He also served as executive vice president of Hampton Real Estate Group from 1988 to 1994. Mr. Dunn began his career as a commercial loan officer with First National Bank of Commerce and BancTexas, specializing in commercial real estate.

Mr. Dunn earned his undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University and an MBA in Finance from University of Arkansas.

The advisory board will be constituted in a manner required to ensure that Sleep Holdings has access to the best possible advice on its growth and value proposition to its shareholders.
