SM&A Announces Results of Annual Shareholders Meeting

Eight Directors Elected to the Board

NEWPORT BEACH, CA--(Marketwire - June 11, 2007) - SM&A (NASDAQ: WINS), the world's leading provider of services which helps its clients win competitive procurements and perform on complex programs and projects they win, announced that all eight of its proposed directors were elected to the Company's Board of Directors at its Annual Meeting of Shareholders held yesterday.

Elected to the SM&A Board were William C. Bowes (65); Cynthia A. Davis (50); Dwight L. Hanger (64), Chairman; J. Christopher Lewis (51); Joseph B. Reagan (72); Robert Rodin (53); John P. Stenbit (67); and Robert J. Untracht (58). These directors will hold office until the next Annual Meeting of Shareholders in 2008, or until their successors are elected and qualified.

In addition, SM&A shareholders approved the Company's 2007 Equity Incentive Plan and ratified BDO Seidman as the Company's independent registered public accounting firm.
