SM&A Announces Strategic Partnership Between Planview and Its Performance Management Associates Division
NEWPORT BEACH, CA--(Marketwire - April 15, 2008) - SM&A (NASDAQ: WINS), the world's leading

clients' ability to win competitive procurements, and a leading provider of
program management services, announced today that its Performance
Management Associates (PMA) Division has entered into a strategy
partnership with Planview®, the leading independent provider of
enterprise-wide portfolio and performance management solutions. Under the
agreement, the companies will offer Planview customers comprehensive Earned
Value Management (EVM) services, including compliance with ANSI 748,
training, and access to experts in Planview MPM, EVM and scheduling to help
run their projects more efficiently.
EVM is a requirement of government agencies and their contractors on all
new projects, designed to improve efficiency, reduce costs, enhance
productivity and meet complex reporting requirements. Planview and PMA
enhanced EVM service offerings are available to customers now.
