(OTCBB: NCOA), an emerging nanotechnology company specializing in the development and marketing of coatings applied to metal, ceramics, fabric, and other materials, made a major announcement this week. Its subsidiary, High Performance Coatings, Inc., has entered a collaborative agreement with Universal Technical Institute to train automotive engineers on the performance and use of coatings.
