(OTCBB: NCOA) announced this week that its most recently acquired subsidiary, JET-HOT, has entered a production agreement with PYPES Performance Exhaust (PYPES). JET-HOT® is a market leader in header coatings applications, offering thermal barrier, lubritic and corrosion resistance for all types of vehicles. Through this contract, JET-HOT will provide all coatings for PYPES' full line of exhaust systems. nCoat is an emerging nanotechnology company focused on development and marketing of coatings applied to metal, ceramics, fabric, and other materials. Its subsidiary, JET-HOT, recently moved to a 10,000 square ft. Quakertown facility, designed for maximum efficiency, and growth. The new Pennsylvania-based facility will ensure that customers such as PYPES receive the highest quality product with the lowest possible turn-around time on parts. Among JET-HOT's other aftermarket customers at the new plant is SLP Performance Parts of Toms River, New Jersey.
