Smart Kids Plans to Team Up "Gina D" and "Be Alert Bert" to Create Company's First Canadian-American Revenue Generating Television Special and Limited Edition DVD Celebrating 7 Years on Television

(OTCBB: SKGP),, a global provider of children's digital education and entertainment, is pleased to announce that as a special celebration of Gina D's Kids Club's seventh year on television and the collaboration of the newly formed Canadian and American creative team, Smart Kids Group is planning to edit and release a new revenue generating "Television Special" and a Special Limited Edition DVD called "SING ALONG WITH GINA D & BERT THE BEE" Starring Gina D, Doggie Brown, TV Ted, The Transistor Sisters and Featuring "BE ALERT BERT" safety, informational segments narrated by "Radio Icon" Casey Kasem.

The Special Limited Edition DVD and television special will be the first Canadian-American co-production since Smart Kids signed a long term License Agreement with 3D Future Vision. "All of the material that will be used has already been produced and paid for, there's no cost to our shareholders and when released could create a revenue stream for our company," stated Joseph DiFrancesco newly appointed CEO and Co-Chairman of Smart Kids.

The program and DVD will combine the best of Gina D's Kids Club and the "Sing Along With Gina D" television programs currently seen throughout the world on numerous cable and broadcast television networks and will feature the "BE ALERT BERT" safety message segments that are so important for our children. The Television Special and the Special Limited Edition DVD will be 60 minutes long and it will be narrated by "Radio Icon" Casey Kasem.

"Casey" Kasem is an American radio icon personality and voice actor who is best known for playing Shaggy Rogers in the popular Saturday morning cartoon franchise Scooby-Doo and for being the host of the nationally syndicated Top 40 countdown show, American Top 40. In 1985, he was inducted into the National Association of Broadcasters Hall of Fame
