NEWARK, CA--(Marketwire - June 10, 2009) - SMART Modular Technologies (WWH), Inc. ("SMART"
or the "Company") (NASDAQ : SMOD ), a leading independent manufacturer of
memory modules, solid state drives, embedded computing subsystems and
TFT-LCD display products, announced today that it plans to release its
financial results for the third quarter of its fiscal 2009 after the market
closes on Thursday, June 25, 2009. The Company will host a corresponding
