President & CEO Chaya Hendrick said: After reviewing the entire ruling handed down by the District Court yesterday concerning our patent infringement case brought against the defendants, Visa and MasterCard and following discussion and deliberation with our legal counsel, management is of the opinion that serious legal and reversible error has been made in yesterday's ruling.

Management believes it has solid grounds to see that this decision is reversed and management plans to promptly appeal this ruling and seek a reversal of the trial court's decision. The company has successfully appealed earlier rulings to the Federal Court of Appeals in respect of its "464" Patent and is of the opinion that it will be successful once again.
