SmartWater Names Colonel Leland Liebe Chief Operating Officer of SmartWater CSI


FORT LAUDERDALE, FL--(Marketwired - Dec 10, 2014) -  SmartWater, a high technology company with an established track record of crime deterrence and theft reduction, announces Colonel Leland Liebe, USA (Ret) has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer of SmartWater CSI. Colonel Liebe joined the company in May 2014 and became vice president in August.

Prior to joining SmartWater CSI, Colonel Liebe served nearly 25 years in the United States Army as both an infantry officer and later as a military intelligence officer. A decorated combat veteran, Colonel Liebe received two Bronze Stars and the Combat Action Badge for services in Iraq and Afghanistan. In addition to being a graduate of the US Army Airborne and Ranger schools, Colonel Liebe holds three master's degrees, including a Master of Arts in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College in Newport, Rhode Island.
