Snipp Launches Two More SnippCheck Mobile Receipt Processing Campaigns with Leading Brands


WASHINGTON, DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - April 22, 2014) - Snipp Interactive Inc., an international provider of mobile marketing solutions listed on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSX VENTURE:SPN) announced today that it has launched two new SnippCheck mobile receipt processing campaigns within the last two weeks with a leading oral care brand and one of the largest wineries in the world.

The promotion for the oral care brand allows consumers who purchase $15 or more of the brand's products to receive a free beauty treatment reward. To participate, shoppers take a photo of the receipt with their qualifying purchase and submit to SnippCheck via text message. Once validated, they receive an offer code to redeem their free reward at a participating location near them. The promotion launched on April 1, 2014 and runs through June 30, 2014.

The winery is utilizing SnippCheck to make their annual charity program digital. Previously, consumers would collect physical corks and send them in by mail. For each cork sent in, the company would make a donation to charity. With SnippCheck, consumers can take a picture of their corks and send it in through text message, web upload or email instead of mailing them in. SnippCheck, in conjunction with Snipp's image recognition technology, is used to validate the corks submitted and process the subsequent donations. The company will donate up to $50,000 to charity based on the number of submissions received. The program went live on April 1, 2014 and runs through the end of the year.
