Snow+Rock Launch New Outdoor Clothing Range for Summer 2012

GUILDFORD, UNITED KINGDOM--(Marketwire - April 19, 2012) - Adventurists at Snow+Rock are excited to feel the sun on their skin again as they embark on multiple expeditions this summer. The outdoor clothing and footwear vendors have launched their new product range for next season - which is packed into an adventure-filled summer catalogue.

Action shots of mountaineers scaling awe-inspiring cliff faces decorate many of the 116 pages in the Snow+Rock summer catalogue. Equipped to the max, the climbers are safely tackling awesome outdoor challenges and are dressed to catch some high-altitude sunrays at the same time. Still, there is room amongst the massive product range for more casual apparel, designed for chilled out camping trips or everyday urban exercise.

Whereas insulated Yukon caps, bubble jackets and snow boots dominated the winter selection; the summer catalogue focuses on things like Outdoor Research sombreros, stylish Arcteryx t-shirts and the latest North Face shoes. Snow+Rock embrace all weather conditions and equip climbers appropriately for whatever the elements decide to throw at them but summer does seem to bring out the coolest looking attire.

A spokesperson for Snow+Rock commented:

"We can't wait to get out there this summer because we've got some real memorable expeditions planned - including racing the Megavalanche in Alpe D'Huez. But back home there is going to be plenty to enjoy this summer, especially with the Olympics. So whatever adventures you have in the pipeline, all the equipment you need is in our new catalogue - it's definitely worth checking out."

The Snow+Rock catalogue is produced by passionate rock climbers, hikers, campers and general outdoorsy people, and that shines through the quality of the writing. Image based displays make up the bulk of the content but more traditional thumbnail product pages are used to squeeze in as much of their climbing equipment as possible.

Meanwhile, towards the back end of the catalogue, details of where to find your nearest Snow+Rock outlet are displayed using maps - continuing with the theme of adventurism.

Not everything from the entire Snow+Rock collection can fit into the catalogue, so to review the complete range you can visit www.snowandrock.com and search the website for all the kit you are going to need this summer.

Snow+Rock's sister company, CycleSurgery, also have a new summer range to launch. Catalogues for either brand can be ordered for free from the relative websites.
