About the guest speaker:

Michelle Berg

Michelle Berg, CHRP is the President of Elevated HR Solutions - an HR Outsourcing Company that takes HR out of the business. She not only credits Social Media for the major success of her company in less than 6 months, but also says that Social Media represents almost 30% of her business when it comes to policy design. Using real life situations from her business, the Calgary marketplace and international examples, you will see why it's important to set the stage early for yourself when it comes to engaging in Social Media. About SMBYYC

The SMBYYC houses an open environment to share today's best and worst examples of social media, as practiced by individuals, industries and organizations in Calgary and around the world. Guest speakers share their experience and expertise of social media use, followed by an opportunity to network with a community of like-minded individuals.

The SMB was founded by Bryan Person in August 2007 as an event for social media newbies and experts to come together to eat, meet, share and learn. The breakfast series began in Boston and has now spread to more than three dozen cities around the world. The Calgary chapter of the SMB was started by Scott Baird of McQDesign Strategies.
